Our returns, exchanges & refunds policy

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order placed on the infinitri.com webshop to return all or part of your purchases for exchange or refund, if they do not suit you.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the Seller that they are canceling their purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days from the day after the product was delivered or the service contract was concluded. This right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers.

Within this period, the consumer must notify their intention to cancel using the return form and return the delivered product, at their own expense and risk, to the administrative headquarters of Infinitri S.P.R.L.:

7C Doyard Street, 4520 Vinalmont.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all accessories, the user manual, and the original invoice/delivery note. Returned products must not have been unpacked, unsealed, or used in any way. They must include the labels and protective strips for swimwear bottoms and underwear. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled goods will not be accepted.

Within 14 days, if the return complies with the conditions of acceptance, after acceptance of the return of the goods, the Seller undertakes to refund any payment, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the initial payment upon receipt of the returned products.

Only products purchased on www.www.infinitri.be/ can be returned via the online return process. Items that do not meet this criterion cannot be returned to the sender (items purchased from another store or at direct sales stands).

After the 14-day period, no item may be returned or exchanged.

How to return an infinitri item

1. Contact us at the following address info@infinitri.be

2. Download and complete the return form below, giving the references of the returned item, its quantity, whether it is an exchange or a refund, and the reason for your return.

3. Insert the return slip in your parcel along with the item to be returned. Make sure you choose protective packaging and that it is well sealed.
